Highspire is conveniently located just off of Route 322, not far from the 30 bypass and Route 82. Highspire is a naturally wooded site, graced with tall trees and a walking trail originally blazed as a bridle path. The homes will be surrounded by over 50 acres of open space maintained by Wallace Township.
The Classics at Highspire feature 31 homesites ranging from 1/3 to ˝ acre with homes starting in the low $300’s. The homes will range in size from over 2200 square feet in the Woodbine Select to over 3300 square feet in the Coventry. To preview the floorplans and quality of a Rouse Chamberlin home, decorated models can be viewed at other Rouse Chamberlin communities. The Malvern, a very spacious accommodating floorplan can be seen at the Summer Grove site just off Rt. 100 north at the Farmington exit on Pineford Rd. The sophisticated Coventry model can be viewed at Century Oak in Oxford, just off Rt. 10 and Mt. Pleasant Rd. Both models are open for previews on Saturday and Sunday from 11 to 5.
