Rouse Chamberlin Homes Partners with Pottery Barn & Affiliates

Rouse Chamberlin Homes has partnered with Pottery Barn to present many seminars throughout the summer of 2010. In addition, Rouse Chamberlin Homes is raffling off a $2,500 gift card to anyone who drops off an entry form to any Rouse Chamberlin Homes site on or before the Pottery Barn seminar on “Choosing your Color Palette” to be held at Highspire, the new home site in Glenmoore in the Downingtown School District.

Rouse Chamberlin has partnered with the Pottery Barn store and their affiliates, Pottery Barn Kids, Williams Sonoma, Williams Sonoma Home, West Elm and Pottery Barn Teens, because they share a common demographics of buyers seeking clean design, green housing, and value driven surrounds.

To participate in the Rouse Chamberlin Homes Pottery Lottery, click on to www.rousechamberlinhomes.com and click through to the Pottery Barn page with the Pottery Lottery entry form. Simply fill out the entry form and drop it off at any Rouse Chamberlin Sales Center located at Century Oak in Oxford, PA, Fairbrook featuring new homes in Gilbertsville,PA, or Highspire offering new homes in Downingtown Schools in Glenmoore, PA. All that is required is to fill out the form and personally deliver to any Rouse Chamberlin Homes Sales Center. The drawing will take place at each Pottery Barn Home Decorating Seminar held throughout the summer. The first drawing for $2,500 will take place at Highspire on Wednesday, July 14, 2010. Single entry must be delivered by July 14 to be included into the drawing. Future seminar news will also be featured on the website throughout the summer.

Highspire features new homes in the Downingtown Schools in the Glenmoore area, just 5 minutes from the 30 bypass. Highspire is a very natural setting that is surrounded by approximately 48 acres of Wallace Township maintained open space, and beautifully matured walking trails, that were originally blazed as horse trails throughout the serene neighborhood. Highspire offers a very natural environment for children, and contains playing fields in the open fields at the entrance of the site.
