Ridgecrest in East Fallowfield, PA is a luxury, single-family neighborhood consisting of 70 homesites in a variety of home styles. It is adjoined by 82 acres of Chester County preserved open space. 

RC Homes is offering 8 thoughtful home designs to provide a very diverse selection of 1- or 2-story floor plans with a base square footage ranging from 2,216 – 3,355 SF. These plans have 3-4 bedrooms and 2–2.5 bathrooms. There are opportunities for either 1st- or 2nd-floor owner’s suites, including a 1-story ranch home. Every home includes a basement.
