Discover the Perfect Location and Home.

Whether or not you’re still deciding on new construction, visit one of our sales centers to speak with a community specialist or use our virtual design tool to learn about your options for each community. In new construction, you can purchase one of two types of homes:

1. Build from scratch and personalize your home by making custom selections.
2. Or, select a move-in ready home that provides you with the benefits of a new construction home with a faster settlement date.

A community specialist will assist you in selecting the ideal homesite (location of home within the neighborhood), help determine the right model for your lifestyle, and review the standard features included in the home. A wish-list is then created for you with all your desires for your dream home. This assists in determining an initial cost of your future home. At this time, you will be encouraged to make a deposit to secure your dream home and your position in becoming a neighbor!

Personalize in Our Design Studio

Here comes to the fun part – your Design Studio appointment! At Rouse Chamberlin Homes, we do not create packages to select from. You will attend a one-on-one appointment with our Design Studio Manager to make every selection in your new home (when building from the ground-up). Here, you will review countertops, flooring, appliance packages, cabinetry, and so many more options for your home. See and touch selections side-by-side to determine which options match your style.

3

Speak to a Lender

Search for a lender that you feel comfortable working with. You may absolutely use your own lender to purchase a Rouse Chamberlin Home, however, we highly recommend speaking with one of our two preferred lenders. We’ve worked with both Bill and Jamie for many years. Both thoroughly understand new construction and have a variety of loan options that may work for you. Financing through one of our preferred lenders has many benefits including saving you money.

4

Enjoy the Build

Your work is now done, and it’s time for our project managers to start to build! We strive for phenomenal communication while your home is under construction. You will receive weekly updates from your community specialist on the construction process. Never hesitate to reach out with questions. Other meetings will be held such as a homesite walk with your project manager to discuss the landscape and any construction questions. We will provide you with a settlement date along the way when we are 100% positive on completion. Relax, enjoy the process, and prepare for the big move-in day!
