Financing Your

New Home

Our goal is to make the homebuying experience as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We want our buyers to have not only attractively-priced mortgage loans, but a smoother, hassle-free experience in getting a mortgage – which is equally as important. If you prepare yourself, things can go smoothly from the start.

RC Homes Preferred Lenders

In our 40+ years of building and settling homes, we have learned that the main reason settlements get delayed is due to mortgage and title company problems. Quite simply, some companies do not do everything they are supposed to do.

Through a thorough and competitive search process, our team selected two preferred lenders who offer not only attractive rates, but also meet our high standards of service and responsiveness.

Benefits of Our Preferred Lenders

  1. Save Money - Exclusive for Rouse Chamberlin Homes. Preferred Lenders will provide buyers with a 1/2-point credit to be used towards closing costs or to buy down your rate.

  2. Dependability - Funds available on time at settlement allowing you to move in on time.

  3. Reduced Deposit - Using our Preferred Partners lets you keep more money in your pocket.

  4. Service Excellence - Outstanding service from pre-approval today of closing and every step in between.

  5. No Surprises - Receive your settlement sheet a week prior to settlement, giving you time to review and arrange funds. No last minute surprises.

Loan Application

Along with selecting the right lender to guide you through the process, one of the first and most important items that will require your attention is submission of a mortgage application. This must be completed within 10 days of the date of your Agreement of Sale.

This application is more involved than any pre-qualification. You must accurately and completely disclose all of your financial information. Overlooked items or inaccurate data can delay or even totally stop the process of obtaining a loan. Your chosen lender must completely and accurately understand your particular financial circumstances to authorize a mortgage for your new home. We recommend discussing any and all concerns you may have regarding your assets, income or credit.

HOW TO PROCEED

At no point do we want homebuyers to feel overwhelmed. For first-time buyers who may worry, this does not have to be a difficult process.

With your permission, we will notify our preferred lenders that you are a potential Rouse Chamberlin Homes buyer. Afterward, you will be contacted as to how to proceed.

If you would like to reach out to either preferred lender directly, you may do so.

Note: Preferred lenders will collect an upfront third-party appraisal fee at the time of full mortgage application. Rouse Chamberlin Homes receives no compensation from these preferred partners.

It's a beautiful and nicely built home. I can see that the builder didn't cut corners. Some of our friends have bought homes from more known builders and found some cheap shortcuts or cut corners in those homes. We are glad and happy that our builder was good.
