THE WORTHINGTON
The Worthington is a similar model to our current Westport Model. This home was built in Downingtown, Chester County, PA in 2019 as a semi-furnished model home.
THE SUTTON GRAND
This floor plan is one of our newest townhome additions, The Sutton Grand. Part of our Signature Series currently in Royersford, PA, this fully-furnished home is available to tour in Royersford, PA. To request an in-person tour, contact Ed Kane.
THE NEWPORT
The Newport Model is the most popular 3-story townhome. This furnished model home is available to tour in person in Royersford, PA. If you'd like to request an in-person tour after virtually touring, contact Ed Kane.
THE ASCOT
The Ascot Model is Rouse Chamberlin Homes' newest Carriage home with a first-floor owner's suite. This floor plan includes a first-floor laundry and a large, 2nd-story loft.
THE EXETER
Brand-new to our Carriage homes offered at RC Homes, the Exeter model is a popular interior floor plan with a formal dining room and 2nd-floor laundry room. It's currently available in both Chester and Montgomery Counties.
