Our largest 2-story Signature Series home is The Sutton Grand. This floor plan is comparable to The Sutton, yet it enlarges the dining room, gathering room, walk-in closet, and laundry. A deluxe shower and spa bath in the owner's suite are optional, as well. The contemporary design of The Sutton offers a spacious floor plan which creates a comfortable, modern living space. Entering from a covered entrance and through the foyer, you're led to a gourmet kitchen with an oversized island. This overlooks a gathering room, dining area, and an optional solarium. Moving upstairs, a vast hallway leads to a luxurious owner's suite, two large bedrooms, a second-floor laundry, and a hall bath. In the owner's suite, you'll find a generous walk-in closet and owner's bath that includes a private commode, twin vanities, and a shower. Plans vary by community and homesite.
